Annalisa Summea is a literary manager and author career strategist who helps writers navigate both the creative and commercial sides of the publishing industry.

She is the founder of Muse Literary Management and Date with the Muse™, where she has guided authors through manuscript development, publishing strategy, platform building, and long-term career planning. She is also the founder and publisher of Laurel Elite Books.

Annalisa’s work is grounded in the belief that authors need more than encouragement or a single publishing opportunity: they need clear strategy, honest guidance, and an advocate who understands both their work and the career they are trying to build.

Through Muse Literary Management, she represents a small, carefully selected roster of submission-ready projects.
