A podcast manager would handle all of the pre and post production elements of the podcast included, but not limited to:
- Scheduling guests
- Creating Production Calendar based on scheduled guests
- Creating show rundowns based on recorded content and Company Standards.
- Follow-up emails to confirm recording date
- Listening to audio of podcast and noting discrepancies before it goes live
- Creating web page for podcast
- Creating featured image on canva
- Making podcast pages live on the appropriate date
- Emailing guests that their episode is live with link/featured image
- Organize the podcast with Trello, the manual, and google drive
Skills needed:
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to project manage many moving pieces
- Experience with video editing, and uploading
Assistant Writing Coach
ABOUT THE POSITION
This is a position for someone with a background in writing, teaching, wordpress, and NLP or positive psychology. You will be working closely and independently with clients, and should be comfortable talking about personal details in 1-1 and group sessions. A love of people and a desire to see them succeed is essential to this position. $10-$20 per hour for first 90 days, depending on experience; 5-10 hours/week. Raises and increased hours available after first 90 days.

- Help clients to set and meet writing goals
- Help clients to stay accountable to writing goals
- Be familiar with Writing Gym resources and to prescribe them as needed to clients
- Maintain your assigned facebook account to interact in our client facebook groups
- Meet weekly with the team to discuss client successes and challenges
- Complete documentation as needed on client successes and challenges
- Perform bi-monthly bonus sessions on topics related to goal setting and positive thinking
- Perform initial onboarding orientation calls with clients
- Run bonus sessions 1-2 times per quarter
- Run writing salons 1-2 times per quarter
- Proofreading and Copy editing of articles, web copy, etc as needed.
- Updating client modules
- Generally ensuring a positive client experience

We are looking to add a virtual intern to our team.
If you love writing and communications, have an eye for detail, and wee bit of perfectionist tendency, this may be the right fit for you. The social media intern will take created video content, and transform it into cross-media content. These media include our blog, YouTube channel, Twitter, Linked In…and more. You should have access to software, and and ability and passion for Social Media Management–Creating and posting tweets, Facebook posts, group engagement, etc. Video Editing/Audio Editing Writing to communicate well Creating Accurate Video Subtitles Drafting and Sending promotional emails to organizations for increased exposure Leveraging social media (Including YouTube channel) Expanding SEO reach/Google AdWords
